Pulled the stop
(sitting over the HOD)Partly because I think the ES is going to drag this down, but also partly due to some psychological screw-up - time to fold for me, maybe. Also, I droppped NinjaTrader and haven't really found my comfort zone trading with IB's DOM and charts
:05 stop to .62 - back to my senses
and stopped out (rolling today -163 USD)

ES in general trades slower than CL, that is a givin. The real difference is in the ability to trade either with a consistent trade plan. If someone does not have a well honed trade plan to trade the ES they will lose.
Ok, lets say the same person switches to CL and again has no real plan, odds are that person does not because he/she failed to have one in ES. Ok, they start trading CL and its increased movements...........like playing a slot machine, you get enough winners to keep you coming back but most slot players are just spinning their wheels. Same thing will happen trading CL without a plan.
Luck be a Lady tonight..... that is no winning plan.....

yes I was in bad trade , may be you missed my post here , you can see my short exit with big loss at 111.65 as posted in these

yes it was rough .
on strong closing days , asian session is giving back at least 50 ticks seen many days in the last one week , it was that greed that got me into that bad short and it's grown and grown .
we observe a pattern few days and try one day , the very day the pattern reverses . May this may be one of the fundamental laws of trading ...
