The only week end risk at this time is gaddafi runaway which has only 30% chance . This is based on Kusa and other high rank officials defected , they may reveal all the arms depot locations , mustard gas etc.. which gaddafi can not move so easily now given close watch of no-fly planes.
gaddafi may fear no fly planes may hit all his ammunition once they got the info. The other theory is gaddafi might have moved all the arms/ammunition to hospitals and homes long before as they are safe places.
