There should be one more spike and all hell will break loose. Man, I wish I had infinite amounts of money. I would love to put some of these morons out of business and out of their misery.

...Based on the daily chart, the major trend is up, the minor trend was down. The minor trend appears to have bottomed at 96.22 and the major trend is now reasserting itself. I'm not a day trader, but if I were, I'd be taking only my long signals right now and passing on the shorts based upon price action on the higher time frames.

Again, I am not a day trader, but if I were, I'd be focused on my long set ups over the coming sessions. Here is how CL daily looks to me ...

There were no opposing votes on the 15-member council, but China, Russia, Germany, India and Brazil abstained. Germany said it was concerned about a protracted military conflict.

U.N. member states can

"take all necessary measures ... to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, including Benghazi, while excluding a foreign occupation force,"

according to the resolution.

Gaddafi

"Search for the traitors, for the fanatics. Show them no mercy. We will look for them behind every wall," Gadhafi said. "This farce cannot go on."

The statement said Libya would strike back at civilian and foreign targets if the country comes under attack from foreign forces.

"Any foreign military act against Libya will expose all air and maritime traffic in the Mediterranean Sea to danger and civilian and military (facilities) will become targets of Libya's counter-attack," said the statement.

"The Mediterranean basin will face danger not just in the short-term, but also in the long-term," it said.

Now gaddafi govt. is paper tiger

with UN authorization now , any Libyan flight rising will be SHOT in minutes , forget reaching Mediterranean sea to destroy foreign military .

Here is one scenario that will play out in next 2 weeks
-------------------------------------------------------------------

- Now majority of Libyan forces ( 30 to 40% ?) are around Bengazi , once once UN air force intimidate these force in next few days with false bombing ( no killing but adjacent bombing ) , majority of these gaddafi hired army will flee.

- Then Rebels can take over all these 40% libyan ammunition, , tanks and re-capture majority of Libyan cities back .

- With this with out foreign boots on ground , Rebels will take over Tripoli and out gaddafi .

- may be this may be planned strategy from US/EU generals for delaying UN vote ( with consultationn with Rebels ) so that they can outs gaddafi easily.
- think about it with with no-fly zone 2 weeks ago , how hard is it to capture all the gaddafi ground forces for Rebels. Now 40% of the gaddafi forces are near Bengazi they make these army assets ( tanks etc. ) their own and use against gaddafi tripoli

Seriously, do you believe the UN resolution of the no-fly zone had anything to do with the AH rally?

First, what difference will the no-fly zone do for the rebels at this stage? It should have been imposed two weeks ago.

Second, oil rallied as high as 107-ish two weeks ago in anticipation of further oil shortage due to political unrest in the Arab region. Should the no-fly zone be imposed in Libya, will that bring further chaos or more stability? If stability is the answer, why are we rallying? Oil should be dropping.

Now you know why I call those behind these moves morons.
