I think I saw this morning they're estimating an increase of 600k barrels. Just checked but couldn't find it.

I'm in Santa Barbara, CA. Got up at 4 AM. Crazy. Won't be doing that much as I used to trade for 15 hours a day. Don't ever do that. You'll ruin your health.

ADD The hours here are the worst part of all of this for me. Europe would be perfect hours. Even EST hours would be better. I'm not a morning person. I really get rolling in the afternoon and evening.

Does putting on a trade and monitoring it for 5 hrs mean I have been trading for 5 hours? Or by trading, do we mean constant activity?
