yes 'false flag attack' is possibility , but Libyan forces are already doing aerial attacks
Who is delaying/blocking Military action/No fly zone .
- Arab League , China and Russia
for the above 3 , Libyan people killings does not matter much , what matters is saving their position , so in future they won't be forced out if such situation comes to their country ..

The Arab League met Wednesday to consider a resolution rejecting foreign military intervention in Libya, where protesters have been demonstrating for weeks, calling for more freedoms and for the longtime ruler to step down.
"We perceive what happened and what is happening is an internal affair that is decided by the people and their governments," the Arab League said in a statement.

I guess a no fly zone & military intervention is to prevent Gadhafi from destroying oil infrastructure.
I wouldn't be surprised if the US affixed one of the bombs from the captured mirage, to a drone and did a false flag attack to get the security council resolution passed :eek:
