CL Redux

CL seems like it's trying to base here, but then again it also tried to base a point and 3 points higher. It's looking for some good fundamental news of any kind maybe to bounce or may just do that technically. Obviously watch the order book and tape and see how the price action goes. Are they selling into any rally attempts? Or is it at least temporarily sold out? So far it doesn't seem to have any follow through on any rally attempts.
