CL price will be frozen by after pit closed as you said , that is the exact market fear ( after noon sell off) that is why we saw 74.10 few minutes ago ...

I see CL touching 75 , if ES holds another 1 hour

Best trade at this time : buy 74 put for $90 and go LONG now trading at 74.50
