You can get the info by right clicking on the CL (data line in TWS) to open menu then "Contract Info" and then "Details"

Assuming they keep it current.

Many times it's not updated. You can also right click on CL >Trading Tools>Order Ticket and then click on "Preview" and you get your (intraday if available) margin requirement.

Remember to click on "dismiss" afterwards. :D
