Yes, but I have seen many times were a tl was breached by as much as .10 and it still held.

Seriously:
1) Don't pull the trigger in the first few good signals. Refuse (rightly) to chase trades that in hindsight were "chasable"
2) Chase a later (therefore usually worse) signal forcing myself to take the trade in the middle of nowhere (usually halfway between a long (bottom of a range) or short (top)
3) Get ultra-trigger-shy again and go in sim mode. Relax, take the signals when I get them. Sometimes win, sometimes not.
4) Stare in despair at the trading abyss as the sim trade/s turn out to be the trades of the day...
