In peoples mind every time they mention a storm or hurricane, they have flashbacks of Katrina (It creates panic), fundamentally speaking, the scenario is that with a storm, or a hurricane,e they might have to stop any activities in the golf, which potentially could interrupt, the extraction of Oil, and suspension of Oil shipping activities, in my opinion, we are overreacting, but can't fight the trend, but once the storm pass we have to be careful.Quote from Blubaru_555:

I remember in 2008 once the storm passes it was a huge selloff, it wiped my account in one day, because traders were expecting the worse, and I stupid enough got caught up into the hype.

sorry to hear that mrbochin. i wasn't trading oil in 2008, i haven't been in a situation with oil like that yet.
It's ok, I learned from the many mistakes I made, they way I loook at it, every time I loss money it teach me valuable lesson, that time was :
"Never buy on the hype of the media, or follow the masses" you won't last in this business if you do that.
