I'm with you on that! I made breakfast instead of putting on that fine 82.80 short, then I didn't trade off the next lower high because it fell kind of fast and I didn't want to chase.

Then I scraped around counter-trend trading off the reversal instead of just going long. I have a short bias because lately it takes 15 mins for CL to move 100 ticks and then creeps up the same distance over a period of 2 hours or more. Profit's still profit, even it takes 2 hours to get there.

I had $500 in profit showing that reverted to nearly nothing. I think this is a special day for me: between ES & CL I had $1600 profit reverse to nearly nothing and still am up $1220 on the day.

Afternoon trades:

1st trade, was able to recognize I was in a bad short trade on CL, and killed it for just 4 tick loss. Did not reverse it, but happy I was able to determine I was in a bad trade rather than just getting stopped out.

2nd trade, went long ES as it looked like it was breaking into new highs, took trade with trend to get enough profit to get back to BE.

3rd trade, small short CL counter trend, but I did have a valid setup, and made profit for the day.

5 days in a row profitable real money, although I do need to work on trying to get more profit on my winning trades or one day trade with more contracts. Psychological issue, I don't feel like taking a loss on Friday before the weekend, so may just paper trade on Friday
 
Having had a bad hair day yesterday, I had to tear you apart. But since I'm feeling so great today, I feel I need to squeeze someone. Would you like me to pamper ya? :D

very cynic day. after i drawed my line out, I went long and my pt is the overnight high, gee, it really almost kissed that number. gald, I have the nerve in so high price to jump into the train and ride. green, very green now.
 
I seriously thought we would recover about half and then crash into the close. Although we could still go down, I would be careful shorting outright.
 
you are awesome, I saw you pindowned today's Low (82.01~81.8). so accurate. the bad part is I just executed my short up to 82.57 based on your judgement, then started to pick bottom, whipsawed almost all my pre-market gain. someone is rinsing hard, that must be Goldman Sachs guys.

Yep, after today's V-shaped bottom, I'd expect some follow though, at least a test of 84.65.
