.40 was high of day so you can see if a big order was sitting on ask right when the high was made... you can also get past time and sales that shows the bid/ask size at the time a trade was made

Yes I have that deep book subscription, but only for 3 DOMs and for some reason the one with CL in the live account only shows 1 level.
