CL Redux

Little faith I have in my predictions or yours.
Not a prediction, just what's more likely to happen.
If ur daytrading what ur seeing, then who cares.

I made some money, but I am not happy with my trades either. A couple nice ones, but it could have been much better.
I think you messed up my head with your short calls. :D
Having too much thought ain't too good as I'm slowly coming around to realize.

What threw me completely off was the sagging momentum on the way up although I believe the biggest mistake was that I didn't completely trust myself and tried to micromanage every blip on the radar. Also I should have known better than to fight the tape when the damn price swooned below 81.25.

I traded live today real money on CL in the Chaos ET moderator's futures free chat room.

I can see why you like trading cl, it moves more than es and faster, only took me 1 min to reach a profit.

What's the loss on the ES puts you "were able to buy" when the futs were at 1122 last thursday?.

There is no loss till expiration. Stop is the price of premium ie the cost of the options although I may kill the trade if I still have time premium before expiration and the market is still high or higher. As noted in ES forum, i averaged down and bought more puts when es was around 1135. Its just one trade, if market does not fall before expiration, then I will lose the premium on those puts.

Note, I am somewhat hedged with long positions, like my sale of naked puts on SII and RMBS that look to expire worthless, plus I own stock in RMBS and sold covered calls.

Flat at .65 .:p
Good trading bro. I was suspecting that CL would reverse at 81.50. But no AH trading for me after the recent head banging brouhaha with the swing trade.
