just short cover rally because they are nervous about the data. the data is the key. but anyhow, the fundamental trend is "inventory should shrink more since summer is coming".

closed that one contract i shorted this morning

probably just wait for the dust to settle now...don't really feel comfortable shorting this puppy even though i'm pessimistic.

I made a quick $760 in my sim account shorting pre-news with a tight stop. Do any of you guys ever play the news this way? I wonder what kind of slippage I'd have got if it spiked up as much as it spiked down.
