That is correct.
A) Now with UN backing , fearless Libyans 95% of country come s out to streets , gaddafi has to give up from peace front
B) as his army retreats back to tripoli ( in order to save army assets being captured by rebels ) , rebels will capture back major oil cities back , now easy with supplies ammunition from Egypt and tunishia
With either option A or B. , this Moran gaddafi is done
