CL Redux

Quote from Totalizator:

CL today is one of the harderst markets I have traded in a long time.. nothing gets any traction

Yeah, today was one of those days where your best bet was to bid at every little support level.

ok schizo now THAT was really funny! how did you do it?
nod...I've been staring at the 1 hr chart all day...it keeps poking the support line I drew so thinking your 103.66 could happen!! today even :D

104.80 - triple bottom
105.80 - triple top
what a symmetrical range bound action today
Quote from NoDoji:
There's a lot of time frame conflict, instead of confluence.
Daily chart is way "overbought", hourly chart is on the flat 20 EMA and so here we are getting to play with pure indecision on the smaller time frames.
That's what it's been today. I was telling NoDoji actually I was really locked in this morning even though I was exhausted. But unfortunately I didn't pull the trigger on trade after trade that would have worked perfectly. You know how those days are. Just did that one trade I posted earlier for 40 ticks that I took about 5 minutes after I turned on my computer. :) And then I've been gone most of the day. Oh, well. :)

I need NoDoji to throw a bucket of Gatorade on me and shout, "Wake up! Trade!." :)

Seriously, Schiz, you must have too much time on your hands :p

Richard, DO NOT look at the 1-hr chart or you risk turning to stone.

Or maybe getting stoned...

I hear ya. I was really tired from staying up way too late, then getting started late, ill-prepared, hesitated, missed great moves, then played in the whippy action later on, and feel happy to end the day green. After several nice profits turned to b/e on me, I started getting that mad-eyed look and had to really hold myself in check to keep from chasing trades I missed by not having my orders placed in advance.

BTW, no news to anyone, but if they do create a no-fly zone this goes straight down. Guy on CNBC about a half hour ago called 90. My 2 cents is - not directly.

jfranco, are you trading a different contract? Your prices posted don't match the price at the time of the posts. Maybe my time is off here.
