Maybe everyone else is partying at NoDoji's and she didn't invite us. Must have been an unintentional oversight. :)

After those few early trades for me, I'm just observing mostly. And I have other work I'm doing. Checking in and out. There were a lot of great opportunities today. Caught a few but missed even more. :)

Wrong thread, but we've been discussing staying in trades. I got 3 points off the TF rebound but left 9 more on the table. Great entry but way too early of an exit. Working on what I've been emphasizing. A work in progress. Hundreds are good. Thousands are better. :)

I find my time better spent watching Aljazeera than the market. Some serious action taking place on the street in Egypt.

Shorted 2 QM a few minutes ago at 90.675 but it stalled out and I exited +1 tick. Should have maybe stayed longer or not even entered as it's stalled out. Forming a narrowing triangle on the 3 min and the 5, 10, and 15 mins too.

Well there's obviously been a lot of movement today. I'm just talking in general terms mostly. But to be more specific about one is CL has held support around 90 and slightly above today and there was resistance just under 91, say 90.80 to 91. So buying support and then shorting resistance would have worked well so far. I'm talking about the last 3 1/2 hrs. But I haven't been doing a million trades as I'm just observing mainly and trying some sim trades to learn the personality of these contracts, CL and QM.

Ah I see. I've been distracted today so have missed quite a few good trades. had a few pinbars, tweesers, and doji's on the 5m which would have worked well had I been around to grab them. Oh well. We'll see how this current 5min pinbar turns out, looks weak because we've been chopping around quite a bit, but in a news driven environment, you never know...

Yeah I've had a million distractions today too. Kind of hard to trade well and not be totally focused on that. :) Been working on a report I need to turn in later this afternoon. Let's see what we get here.

It's obviously weak today and not following the indicies to new highs.
