With a scalp I would suggest
1) use a fast chart
2) pick your levels
3) Fade an exhaustion type move or spike, or last climax thrust (think small, relative to the noise)
4) Don’t wait for (reversal) confirmation to enter
5) Pick your levels wisely
6) Book some profits quickly
7) Can be with trend or against, does noise care?
8) 1:1 R/R for stop and 1st target
