My entry has to happen directly after the close of the previous bar so I don't have a predetermined entrance price, I'm just going to try and get a limit fill and chase it when if it runs 3 ticks against me. But damn slippage has been shitty to me lately.

Is your entry automated or do you click manually?

If automated, enter a limit order at the bid+1 or +2 (instead of at the ask to avoid gaps in the spread) and/or autochase.

If manual, Tools>Hotkey manager>Order Entry; right click>Add custom order and then create one or more hotkey for going long at the bid+1, +2 and short at ask-1, -2, etc.

You can also assign, say CTRL+UP ARROW and CTRL+DOWN ARROW to increase/decrease the price limit.

Hey Kid,

Awesome entries today, you had not one or two, but THREE full-pointers (plus that 50-ticker at the open) in your scope.

Too bad that you got stopped out by a couple of ticks (& got bored in the last one), but IMHO, great market reading/trading today on your part.
