SIM,
Today 3 trades so far, + 200
took that Brk Down and let most of it for others :)
I have decided to do less trades today.
I need to design a software everytime I place a trade I get a slap:)
or else tell my wife she'll be more than happy.]
lets see how the day unfolds today.

Try this: get 10 chips/coins/whatever (or whatever number of trades you want to limit yourself to), then every time you take a trade, take a chip out. When you run out of chips you have to stop trading.
 
I am back.
Hopefully is not too late, but here are the value area for today:
VAH: 83.17
POC: 82.66
VAL:82.32.

Look very carefull if it hits and hold the 82.32.......I have short bias today, but have to wait to see how it reacts to 82.32.

phew, just in time, you saved my bacon. :D

welcome back, it looks short but I got a feeling this may creep all the way back up to 83, I'll be looking long above 8223.
