May I suggest you follow the trend and react instead of trying to forecast when it may end.

An example....

Enter when price confirms continuation from a higher low, or lower high. Put your target where the person on the other side of the trade is going to say uncle.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks I need to work on this, I had a fear of missing the down move so I was proactive.
 
The early bird catches the worm, this worm might end up tasting like crap but 81 was within my expectations so I gotta add here at 80.85. I am shorting a DX on this little bounce as a sort of hedge.

Just got stopped out of 1 at .25 only adding to shorts below 80.50 or at 81.80. Otherwise just sitting here with a pitcher of bloody marys watching the rain at the ryder cup
