CL day trading journal

Recession2016 has a pretty good feel for the indicies...Alot of his calls there are overlooked or ignored...The crude oil calls, OTOH, don't seem to be as strong...I suppose he's drawn to the volatility of that contract.

Calls on ET, even if pertinent, does not make a good trader. Let's see how this journal flows. But from what I've seen (Daytrading to Swing, Rollover Losses, R:R close to 0) ... I am not optimistic.

Of course calls don't make a trader...but in the absence of any proof that trades are made based on the calls, that's all we have to go by...

What's your trading plan? It would help better understand your walk and maybe bring up useful critique.

i try to long scalp at extremes, 5-10 ticks nothing fancy

trying to be especially conservative now with ES at all time highs

I see, jalously hiding your "secrets"...
What is an extreme ? Why long ? What has the ES all time high got to do with CL ?

an extreme is where i perceive for support to be and i prefer taking long scalps over short

CL and ES correlate sometimes, so if ES starts dumping CL could follow, and that's why i'm not taking much risk
