Perhaps I don't know what you mean by "high quality" population. Looking over your other replies, it seems you mean a more racially homogeneous, intelligent population. The homogeneity preventing more social ills, and the intelligence being good for... productivity(?) Is that correct?

For the same reason I have to have an expanded engineer in training program: I need the labor today. It's not the best, but supervised it's better than nothing. And my need is not nearly on par with law enforcement.

That article can be read more than one way. On one hand Dayton's need is "desperate". On the other hand the DOJ says "hire more blacks".

Much of America's recent immigrant population are (like our permanent underclass) cargo cultists:

They want "the goods" but they are not able to create, maintain, or live up to the requirements of the advanced civilization/society they find desirable.

If this is allowed to continue unchecked, this (along with other things) will "arb" away the "American" quality of life that I have, my parents had, grandparents had, etc, that most of "us" have aspired too.

So long as we invite the third world, they will be thrilled to get welfare benefits, "free" goodies, etc.

The problem comes when their very nature leads to begin destroying the communities they move to. They kill the golden goose because they have no idea how or why it works.

A prime example of this (and a good example of "population quality issues) is the Nigeria/Somalia/Haiti refuge scam.

Most of these "refuges" end up on welfare. They are forming criminal gangs, engage in child prostitution, rape, petty theft, home invasions, etc etc, in places in America that had previously been ideal places to live.

Places with a very high quality of life, like Minnesota, Maine, etc.

Of course the MSM covers it up with lies. They hardly cover the crime (including barbaric cultural practices) but they love to make up lies that somali's "revitalize" areas (how a people who are mostly welfare recipients "revitalize" an area is beyond me.)

If people refuse to face PC square and stand up to it, the future will be bleak. The quality of life all over middle america will go to hell. I believe this is not a side effect, but rather the long term goal of the liberal elite.

Millions of Haitians, Somali's, etc will/would doom many places in America. White flight will occur, yet what happens where there is no where to "fly" too? Well, the situation will get very ugly.

Haitians have been a free people ever since they overthrew their French masters hundreds of years ago. What have they done? They are a nation as international welfare recipient and basket case. These people are not able to maintain or create civilization. Any other conclusion is delusional at best.

If those on the better end of things (by our standards) who enjoy peaceful, tranquil, high standards of living never wake up to the issue of population quality... Well, your children will live in a world vastly worse than what you now have. Simple as that.

If you are wealthy it will be better but still a changed America. You will need guard dogs, razor wire fence around your house, etc. Perhaps you will never go outside your heavily guarded wealth bubble, as the ultra wealthy do in many/most third world nations.

It will take time but that is what multiculturalism will bring to us.
