Is management at least trying to produce more profits?

Saving can only do so little.
More profits are the only way to recovery.

Its the same with all companies, when the share price is high and going higher. You get bonuses, big pay rises, company outings, generous expenses, lots of training, lots of perks etc.

But when the share price is going down the crapper everything changes, its like you are working for a different company.
