Citigroup rescue bringing hope to global investors, HAHAHA

Quote from BullAlert:

All cars: please be on the lookout for S2007S. Yes, it is strange he has not been here to respond to a direct question after 3 hours, but it is true. Be on the lookout for more cut & paste negative articles ripped from Bloomberg declaring how much worse things will get.

End of transmission.

Over & out.

:D

S2007S: We're all gonna die. S&P to 300.

LANDIS82: Dumbass, you don't even trade.

S2007: Pasted Bloomberg negative article

LANDIS82: Dumbass... Do not listen to this guy. He has 7000 posts and must not have time to trade.

S2007S:

You are getting SO predictable (although I appreciate posting pertinent articles). It used to be when stock_trd3r started a thread, you just knew it.

Same with you. Furthermore, I think you jumped into the Bear camp a bit late. Do you remember waving pom-poms well into the correction?

pay$

:)

i don't know whats the way to fix the market but it seems common sense that throwing a ridiculous sum of money at a bad thing is going to fix it? in history, all gov'ts/ empires that spend obscense amount of money on various projects eventually go broke, sure throw more money in and speed up the decline

A little late, Check articles and my opinions on the market in 2006 and 2007 when I talked about increased foreclosures, arms resetting and a bubble in real estate prices. Ill even post you a few if you want...

What do you think is going to happen when all this Cheap money brings Carter erra inflation? The market will reverse and start a Bull?

You act as if the FED only acts in one direction . . . Bernanke is already on record stating that the monetary injections to increase the money supply will be "sterilized" ( reversed via matched sales and liquidity draining Fed operations ).

M1 growth is soaring. the sterilizations have dimished. that is what quantitative easing is after all

Agreed, and as they should be.
The Economy has contracted further.

Quote from EMRGLOBAL:

Just wondering, even thought people "cut and paste" writtings, do you not think that Bloomberg has an Idea of what is going on?

Of course the Main Stream media, Bloomberg can be somewhat, reactionary, but they do make sense 99% of the time.

Think about it, do you really believe that today and yesterday is a trend reversal and the bottom is in?

2001 flooded cheap money into the markets, they bubbled into 14000 and sold off, the fastest in the markets history. From 14000 to below 7500 in less than what 6 months.

What do you think is going to happen when all this Cheap money brings Carter erra inflation? The market will reverse and start a Bull?

This volatility is great, while it last. However, the volatility shows "Panic". IMHO we will give all the gains back after Thanksgiving.

Bull market will be back, but we just started the Bear.

You're missing the point. This has no bearing on TRADING.

If you are timing long-term investments, by all means read every article you can find to help rationalize price movement.

Quote from S2007S:

As for my trades, I took on 3 trades today, all bearish trades .

This is the only relevant information you posted about TRADING. The rest should be in the Economics forum.
