The problem with these rankings is that there is always some arbitrary criteria used to determine them. It's not like they are standardized or something. So you first have to understand if the criteria used to judge is important to you, and then you can accept whether the list is relevant for what you are looking for.

So the bottom line is... that North Carolina a generally conservative state has two cities with the Best Quality of Life in the World Top 10 list.

And liberal Canada has ZERO cities with the Best Quality of Life.
