Big news would be news of a private placement for the remaining USG shares to soak up the final slug.

as expected ? who expects it ? Only u i think, lol. This stock is way overpriced and its currently price already factors in revenues of 25% growth for each of the next 15 years.
I dont think $5.50 is expected. I think this stock is more likely to see $3 than $5.50. But who knows.
The expected median price is 5.30, to 6.50 on the high end.
