I have actually worked in the financial services industry for decades. As front office and prop group trader. I made enough money to retire early by being absolutely honest and ethical to the dot, not a single white lie in 20 years. I am immensely proud that I did not sell out my principles and ethical values and still made it to a respectable title, level and remuneration. I say that because I saw a lot of fake cunts who fucked their way through MD, broker, and client beds to get ahead, and unethical creeps who played the alpha male game and cheated wives, clients, regulators and their own firms just to earn that extra additional dime.
Have you worked in this industry ever? If not STFU and don't ridicule others about their upholding ethical values. It's very easy to make money by being dishonest, it's an entirely different ballgame to do the same by being honest and upright.
