I could not agree more. This was not an uneducated women who did not know what she was signing. If a contract can be negated then why even have them?
 
Men will never learn because they buckle to social pressure, tradition, and temporary feelings.
Cohabitation contracts are better than the combined marriage contract with the unreliable pre-nup.
