CIS Market Data has left the building?

Hi

Anybody know what happened to tick data provider CIS?

Their website is

http://www.bayou.com/~smcg/cdata.htm

I ordered the data CD a month ago, sent several emails and not heard anything at all from them.

Also their "weekly update" doesnt seem to have been added to since january.

I previously ordered from them 4 years ago with no problems.

Now got a paypal dispute underway but would obviously prefer the data!

CIS does tick data, CSI only does end of day.

Anyway I got a paypal refund, which is satisfactory, but of course annoying, given I have successfully ordered stuff in the past from CIS.

But perhaps it is a warning to others, CIS will take your payment but will not ship the data nor communicate at all with you thereafter.
