Cinemark Bills Aurora Shooting Victims for $700,000

I feel bad for the families, but it is not common practice to have armed security at public places. It is not the responsibility of business owners to provide armed security in most cases. I suspect though that you will see more and more businesses provide armed security as it will provide them a competitive advantage.

I feel sorry for the families but this was not the cinemas fault imo.I have long believed that the loser of a lawsuit should pay all the winners legal fees to cut down on all the frivolous lawsuits that cost innocent plaintiffs time and money and clog up our court system.
