Chuck Todd: Public Telling Obama 'Your Presidency Is Over'

54% think he's unable to lead, leaving 46% who think he can. 1% less than the magic 47%. Well, I guess we have to take our improvement where we can. 54% thinking he's capable as a leader is almost as astonishing as the 11% who think congress is doing a good job. We need to round these people up and at the very least sterilize them so they don't reproduce.
