Yes, unfortunately it is true that Schumer stated this. I almost died laughing as he tried to justify/explain why it should be. I like how the second poster put up that quote he made on IMB. Schumer is manipulating the markets, perhaps the SEC should go after him?

If I make a donation to Schumer, can he trash my stock I am short a bazillion shares of? If so, how much do I have to donate?
