You're right it is. But do we know for sure he was born there?
Why is birth certificate locked up? Why is Philip Berg esq.(a Hillary supporter, not "Right Wing Extremists") filing a lawsuit?

Also Hawaii is a state where certification can be applyed for after the fact, and only by the person and/or family member.

This is usually done in the hospital at birth. I know it was done for my 4 kids that way.
