What about those American soldiers who tortured prisoners to death in Guantanamo. I vote to have those vaporized as well. Or are we applying different standards here? When should someone be allowed to torture and when not? What are standards and lines in the sand? Or what about mass rapes by America military forces around the world? The rape cases in Okinawa by US Navy men? Any thoughts on those?

Z... what can I say. I have not followed the alleged rape cases in Okinawa, but I can assure you, if found guilty, they will pay dearly for their crimes. Administered by our govt in conjunction with Japan I would suspect.

The methods of torture we used.... we have been using in training on our own special ops forces since Vietnam. Waterboarding is a cakewalk compared to getting burned alive in a cage. They weren't torturing these women to get information that could save the lives of thousands, they were burning them because they could. Big difference imo.

We are not barbaric animals. They are. Watch the video on page one of this thread if you haven't already. When we do that, then I'll agree with you.
