gosh, i never heard that, but go to say cannes etc in france in summer, and most girls are topless, and no problems with the law, maybe it's one of those forgotten laws nobody is enforcing anymore, or go to a sauna in germany and everybody is stark naked

Man, I'm just glad we can all finally agree on something...
These political discussions have been really great and really intense. However, I've had enough of it for a while, and I've noticed I'm spending way way way too much time on ET and not enough time pulling the trigger.
The reps didn't sweep the elections because they attracted the extreme right wing.....THEY ALWAYS ATTRACT THE EXTREME RIGHT WING. So, why did they win ?????
The reps know why they won, and the dems are still making bullshit excuses. By the time they pull their heads out of the sand, the next election cycle will be over. We've got at least 4 years of GOP domination coming up. The funny thing is that the Dems completely brought it upon themselves.
