Christie was ruined previously, for his cooperation with Obama during the hurricane. The righties don't have any untainted candidates left. Even Rand Paul has taken sensible positions on immigration reform and US involvement re ISIS.

Though what his positions will be tomorrow are anybody's guess . . .
 
It's funny. He could have easily been the VP nominee, probably should have been, and they could have won. Then he would have been on a trajectory for the WH himself. I can't see that happening now.
