Choppy market since frinday?

Since Friday the market has been trading with very short moves.

Why is that? Because of the earnings announcements? Or is there any other reason?

Because honestly, they're one of the worst days I've ever seen for trading...

Also, where can I find a schedule of future earnings announcements?

IS THERE ANY WAY TO FORECAST DAYS LIKE THESE ONES?

Is there any way to know that markets will be choppy because of the earnings? I mean, since there are over 10 days of announcements, should I stay all this time without trading to avoid choppy days? Or should I not trade only when a certain companys announce their earnings?
