Just read about him. He is supposed to be really eccentric. God knows how he made his billions. Apparently, even the Chinese in China think he's bonkers.

According to the South China Morning Post, Chen went one further in the controversial claims stakes in an interview with a New York-based Chinese TV station. Noting that many American newspapers are owned by Jewish people, he claimed: "I'm very good at working with Jews."
We're not entirely sure what that entails.
