It pains me to report that the CCP and the Chinese people are as one. Chinese Companies are bound by law to assist and do the bidding of the Chinese Military whenever requested. Chinese citizens are tracked and ranked by the Chinese Communist Party. It is mandatory that all automobiles registered in China be fitted with a CCP GPS tracking system. All phones and PC's are required to have two CCP Government Apps installed that monitor, track, and censor all communications. All of the information consumed by Chinese citizens is cleansed and censored and warped by the Chinese Communist Party. The internet is completely controlled by the CCP.

China’s success in driving down COVID-19 infections has made it harder to conduct large-scale vaccine trials, and so far only a few countries have agreed to work with it.
“We are contacting Russia, Brazil, Chile and Saudi Arabia (for the Phase III trial), and it’s still in discussion,” Qiu Dongxu, executive director and co-founder of CanSino, told an anti-viral drug development conference in Suzhou, in eastern China.
He said its Phase III trial was likely to start “pretty soon,” and the company plans to recruit 40,000 participants for the test.
Its COVID-19 candidate, Ad5-nCov, became the first in China to move into human testing in March but is running behind other potential vaccines in terms of trial progress. Two experimental vaccines developed by Sinovac Biotech and a unit of China National Pharmaceutical Group (Sinopharm) are already approved for Phase III trials.
Qiu said its Phase II trial involving 508 people has yielded “much better” results than the Phase I about the safety and ability to trigger immune response. He did not disclose specific evidence.
He said its new factory under construction in China will allow it to produce 100-200 million doses of coronavirus vaccines per year by early 2021.
China’s military, whose research unit is co-developing the vaccine candidate, approved its military use last month, while Sinopharm’s two experimental shots are offered to employees at state-owned firms travelling overseas.
Zeng Guang, former chief epidemiologist at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, told the conference that Chinese construction groups overseas in particular are keen to take experimental vaccines.
He also said discussion should start whether to launch emergency inoculation of experimental vaccines “right now.”
There are no approved vaccines yet for COVID-19, a respiratory disease caused by the new coronavirus, which has killed more than half a million people globally.

We all know the most frequent contact with China is HongKang,the second most frequent contact is Korea, the third most frequent contact with China is Japan,they all have low total cases.
For statistic people usually take top 3 or top 10, rarely top 4.Why you took top 4 but not top 3 or top 10? Because you need to manipulate data to fit your bias.
It is obvious that top 3 countries are those whose government have been doing the worst in dealing with Coronavirus Pandemic.
Trump was 2 months too late to deal with pandemic.

If your argument has any logic, then the country with closest contact with China is China itself. Then why China has so low total cases? Just explain this.

Maybe we should let them go out of business and buy our fighters, missiles, spy satellites, missile jammers and bullets from the Chinese military industrial complex at 1/2 the cost.My supply chain days are over for sure, there's few areas that are tougher to do well and yet completely underappreciated and underpaid than that one. Plus the whole military industrial complex sickens me. Most of the crying you hear about this whole alleged insidious breakdown of our military manufacturing capability comes from defense contractors who are sucking at the government teat and get pissed when they have any competition at all that forces them to provide market prices instead of the grossly inflated crap they're usually allowed to sell.
