chinese citizen open IB Friends & Family adviser account

hi, everyone
I am a Chinese citizen and would like to open an account in IB trading US stocks, future. I have several questions:
1) can I open a friends and families advisor accounts?
2) can I ACH transfer in and out money from my US bank account to my IB account?
3) can I have my friend who is USA citizen as my client?
4) I am not a register finicial adviser, can I collect any fees from my client?
5) Is 'peg to stock' option order works in advior accounts?
