The problem is broken families, abortions, broken hearts, in summary, selfish and poor choices in life. This leads to regret and pain. While individuals are not always responsible of pain inflecited on them by others' poor choices, bad decision making is what inflicts pain on the masses. Add to that total and utter abuse by the elites and corporate superpowers who shower the masses with social media addictive algorithms, the liberalization of weed that now allows everyone to be constantly high, greed, and jealousy and coveting of others' belongings.
Summary: boundaries and limits have kept people in check for millenia. Now, maximum freedom has opened peoples' eyes to the emptiness in their lives. Without a meaningful purpose and passion in life what else is there when one has figured out that no amount of material wealth truly satisfies....most in this site probably have zero idea what I am talking about because they have never tasted a worry less life or had an abundance of possessions.
