China’s unfortunate dependence on the Eurodollar expansion

we have been talking about this kind of conspiracy theory about China since past 30 years, again it's from from western's point of view.

every single day there is a new theory pops out saying how the Chinese system won't work, let's look back:

1. one country 2 systems, it has been working for more than 30 years
2. one stock 2 prices A Share and H share, it's working.
3. one RMB currency 2 quotes CNH and CNY, it's also working
4. the banking system, debt ratio is too high, but don't know for what reason, nobody explains , so far there is no a single Chinese bank collapsed. But look at our Triple A+ US Banks most of them are being bailout alias nationalised, the US becomes more communist than China.

something somewhere doesn't make sense right?

it's time to wake up, stop being mis-informed.

Well I wonder why, look at the rate China has been increasing M2 the last 30 years, far above and beyond the economic growth, it basically impossible for any economic numbers to look bad, except for inflation (which is CRAZY right now in any area where the people who have all the money are spending it).

So why talk about the dollar and China, whatever games we play with the dollar, China is doing 3x as fast with the RMB. The net investment flows of dollars into China is actually a small part of the picture.
