Looks like it's a $7.4B (USD) company with a P/E of 137.86 and surprised that it actually pays a very small dividend. Looks like it was worth $100 USD a few years ago? What happened? Why has it been slowly grinding lower since 2016? It may have found support at the $20 level, seems to have tested that level 3 times. Could go higher. So why buy now?
That's the case in China's stock market where everyone is selling the downtrend, and even if it has bottomed out, everyone will buy up even if it has risen to the top. I believe as long as they see the stock going up, the price will keep going up

I think you're right, likely the market cap is in the same currency as the quote. Not sure why I assumed otherwise. In any case, 1.1B is out of penny stock range. It's about 1/3 of CHK, one of the smallest S&P 500 companies.
