I have to wonder in the States what will happen when crazy people get it. I was helping out in a relatively small cholera epidemic back in the day and was forced to shoot an old guy (he lived, I'm not a US cop) who was trying to spread his liquid poop onto food and medical supplies.

Later I was speaking to some medicines sans frontiers guys and they said that happens a lot, crazy thinks he has power now etc.
