China to Cut Steel Production!!

So does this mean that steel prices will finally rise giving some alleviation to steel companies? If so i think AKS might be a good investment for people with small accounts like me.
 
Wast is just announced today? The steel stock prices sure didn't have a good day considering the news.

I heard from a friend in the industry the other day that everybody in their industry is expecting US Steel to not make it without a big change in pricing, of course. That being said, if they don't survive, a lot of the other companies stand to benefit from that quite a bit I'm sure.
