Person-to-person isn't what scares me. It's the fact that I can pick up a can of food in the store that can was handled by someone who wiped their nose, now at home I touch the can and then my face -- potential transmission. Quite a few who fell ill have said that they haven't been outside for weeks. Now compare that to HIV...

There's a big difference between something like HIV/AIDS where the source was bushmeat vs Corona/SARS which might have been from a wet market.
