There is no American promises; there is only American Dream. A dream of what your future can be when you stay in America to work hard to make it become true. Nobody ever said you will achieve your American Dream by going back to your native land and work for that country especially when that country is at war with America. Your delusional logic is incredible. And the difference in these foreign-born Americans STAYED in America to work and fight for America. They didn't study and work in America and then went back to their native land to help make things that will one day kill America, kill the professors that taught them the knowledge, kill the colleagues that invited them to their home for barbecues, kill their managers that once wrote letters that helped them get their American citizenship, kill the doctors who delivered their children who are actually native-born Americans.

If they are US American citizens, bona fide citizens whose loyalty is to America, Chinese or no Chinese ancestry, they should have no problem coming back to America. I thought we already established that. And if you have actually read the article instead of mindlessly trolling, this executive order is specifically for "American" personnel who are working for a semiconductor industry entity in China and most of them are Chinese nationals. The article that I listed in my post has already confirmed that. Quite honestly I do not think there are any Chinese semiconductor firms here that employ Americans in America. All the American companies are all manufacturing chips in China because it's cheap so WHY would China want to make chips in America where the cost of everything is more expensive? They are all making chips for fun not to make a profit? LOL Stop making up fake scenarios to try to claim false victims for Americans when you know the only people affected are the Chinese "Americans".

It comes with duties and responsibilities that all center around loyalty, loyalty to the country that you became citizen to. "I pledge allegiance to the flag of United States of America". This is the pledge of allegiance that every single person has to declare when they become a citizen of United States of America. There are different ways for you to show your allegiance. Biden is not asking these "Americans" who are working in China for Chinese companies to make semiconductor chips to fight against the Chinese or to destroy Chinese semiconductor manufacturing plants; he's only asking them to come back to America to enjoy the freedom and democracy here.
