China : Same Trucks For Cooking Oil & Toxic Chemicals

I'm surprised they're talking about it in disgust without showing it in video or photos to verify such was true.
I do remember back in the 1990s, citizens had photographed serial numbers on tankers with the same driver going to a city with food or water one day...another day the same tanker (same serial number with the same driver) delivering toxic chemicals to chemical companies in a different city.
In my opinion, if they washed the trucks inside and outside for dual transportation purposes...using them for multiple purposes like that...the food/water supply will be contaminated with toxic chemicals.
