Nah, cereals are not that "healthy", plus they are made with genetically modified corn or wheat.
For breakfast eat an avocado (a super super food) and plain yogurt for instance.
And look at the Asian, they are healthy because they eat tons of rice, plenty of vegetables like broccoli and lot of seafood.

On the contrary, constant consumption of junk and processed food literally destroys our brain in the long run, and creates tons of medical conditions, like brain fog, lack of concentration and focus, anxiety, mood swings, personality disorders, depression, Alzheimer and dementia, among other things.
The thing is, 99% of people are not aware of the link that exists between what we eat and drink every day and our physical and mental health. They don't see the connection.
The fact is, give the body healthy food and our immune system will prevent almost ANY disease from even occurring in the first place!
This is by far the best-kept secret in the "medical" industry.

Other than Heart Issues, I usually have a crap diet and don't suffer from any of the above ( maybe )
